To help Mike and any other Tie tying impaired out there, I thought I'd better post an instructional video on the proper tying of a Windsor knot here...

I personally prefer the
"Shelby" or Pratt knot...

I like any kind of knot as long as the tie is long enough and covers the shirt to the top of the pants. I think Mike is trying to look like his Dad from the 1970's missionary era.
